Explore my background
01 / BACKGROUND
My career has grown from structural and bridge engineering into project delivery, organizational leadership, and executive management. That technical foundation continues to shape how I approach business: understand the problem, listen to the people closest to it, and take responsibility for the outcome.
I have served as President and CEO of DEC and as a Senior Vice President of Public Infrastructure at Westwood Professional Services. My experience spans employee ownership, private equity, acquisitions, and the integration of engineering businesses.
Across those roles, a consistent priority has been helping capable people become effective leaders—giving them room to lead, clear expectations, and the support to succeed.
